All orders are sent using a tracked & signed service.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We will accept returns providing you notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. All refunds will be processed once the goods are returned and received in the same condition to which they were sent out. These should be in original packaging and be unused in order to action the refund. This does not apply to bespoke, personalised or sale items; these are non-refundable. If the goods you have received are faulty, please email bennitaadairgeorge@gmail.com with more information. Return postage is paid for by the customer unless the item is returned because the goods are faulty and must be sent using a tracked service. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This is dependent on your country and will be calculated at the checkout.
