Returns & Exchange Policy
STANDARD PRODUCTS
We will accept returns providing you notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. All refunds will be processed once the goods are returned and received in the same condition to which they were sent out. These should be in original packaging and be unused in order to action the refund. Return postage is paid for by the customer unless the item is returned because the goods are faulty and must be sent using a tracked service. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

If you have purchased bespoke, personalised or sale items, these are unfortunately non-returnable unless faulty.

Made from Stainless Steel, the Inner Pet Bowls are Dishwasher safe and can be cleaned using your normal washing up liquids.Please still avoid any materials that may scratch the surface ie. Scourers.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
All the products available in the online store are made from Jesmonite. This is an eco friendly resin and made using a sustainable studio practice. You can find out more about Jesmonite here.

If you see an item you want and it is out of stock, please drop us an email and we will be able to advice when the item is due to be restocked.

WHAT IF I WANT TWO PRODUCTS EXACTLY THE SAME?
What makes our products so unique is that they are LITERALLY unique. We will be able to create two or more pieces that are very similar to each other but no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. If you require a collection of pieces that match, please do drop us an email and we can accommodate this to our best ability.

YES! We now ship worldwide. When you input your delivery address, the checkout page will automatically work the cost and shipping time for delivery, so no need to worry beforehand. Alternatively you can find all shipping information at the top of this page.
